Booking Conditions:
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone, fax or email and
confirmed within 7 days with a deposit of £60 The full balance must be
paid 6 weeks prior to arrival dates (or by special arrangement with the
owners) Deposits become non refundable if the holiday is cancelled
within 6 weeks of the planned arrival dates. On payment of any deposits
you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to the following
conditions. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand
the immediate departure of any persons not complying with these
conditions.
The cottages are let on a weekly basis, arrival after 2pm and departure
10am to give time for the changeover.
The cottages should be treated with respect and left clean and tidy and
any breakages should be replaced. The stated levels of occupancy should
not be exceeded. The owners should be able to enter at any time to carry
out any repairs. A fire guard is provided for use with the open fire and
heaters should not be covered.
All areas inside the house are non-smoking, we reserve the right to
charge anyone a deep cleaning fee if they have smoked in the house.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at a small charge of £15 each at Bonnie
View and Keepers Cottage, but must be cleaned up after (children may be
playing there next week)
Dogs should never be
left alone in the property. The kennels may be used if left clean.
